Sexton Tina Vinter Nielsen is very enthusiastic about her new “colleague”.

The fully automatic flagpole from Uptimast helps make her work with flag raising much easier, frees up time for other tasks, and increases the church’s visibility – something the local community greatly appreciates.

It is easy and straightforward for the church to pre-programme all their services, so they do not need to think further about raising the flag. The flagpole takes care of it itself.

Their Uptimast also helps to create peaceful moments during the actual proceedings when funerals and cremations take place. Now Tina no longer needs to ”step away” to raise the flag – she handles it via the accompanying app.

The flag is now also allowed to fly all day after funerals and cremations and goes down automatically in the evening. It brings great value that the bereaved experience the flag being up all day.
